Frequently Asked Questions

How do music lessons work?

First, you'll have a free 15-minute Consultation with our owner, Halley.  Don't worry, it's not an audition!  She just wants to meet you, get a sense of your current musical knowledge and abilities, and find out what your musical goals are and/or what draws you to music lessons.  Then we'll go over options and get you scheduled with an instructor.

Your lessons with us will be weekly on the same day, at the same time, and with the same teacher.  This ensures consistency, which is very important for learning music!

We enroll new students all year and prorate tuition accordingly.

What do music lessons cost?

Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month.  Lessons are paid in advance.

Monthly Tuition:

Weekly 30-minute Lessons: $180/month
Weekly 45-minute Lessons: $260/month
Weekly 60-minute Lessons: $360/month

We now have the option for you to save money by paying tuition by semester rather than per month.

Just yourself and a positive learning attitude!

If you don't have an instrument yet, don't worry - we have Pianos, Guitars, Violins, Ukuleles, Drums, Basses, and Cellos for use in the studio.  We also rent our instruments for $35/month.

We also have a full collection of method books and sheet music.

What if I don't have an instrument yet?

No problem!  We have Pianos, Drums, Guitars, Basses, Violins, Ukuleles, and Cellos for use at the studio.  We also rent our instruments out to students for $35/month.
